Nearly every application depends on proof of English, and an underprepared attempt costs both the fee and, often, an intake.

A strong student with a careless file loses to an average student with a careful one. We are unglamorously thorough about this part.
Around 9 to 12 months before your intended intake. That leaves comfortable room for your English test, document preparation, application deadlines and visa processing. It is still worth talking to us on a shorter timeline — we will tell you straight away which intake is realistic.
Most universities ask for proof of English, and IELTS is the most widely accepted. PTE, TOEFL and the Duolingo English Test are recognised by many institutions too, and some accept your Class 12 English marks or run their own internal test. The requirement depends on the university and country, so we confirm it per shortlist rather than assuming.
Tuition and living costs vary widely by country and city — Germany’s public universities sit at one end of the range and the UK, Australia and Switzerland at the other. We build a full estimate for your shortlist covering tuition, living costs, insurance and travel, so you are comparing real totals.
Often, yes. Different universities take different views, and a gap that is explained well — work, family responsibility, further study — is not automatically a problem. Bring your actual transcripts to the counselling session and we will tell you which options are genuinely open.
Yes. We identify the merit and country-specific scholarships you are eligible for, and help you assemble the documentation that banks and NBFCs ask for on education loans, including collateral and co-applicant paperwork.
Most study destinations allow international students to work a limited number of hours during term, with more permitted in vacations. The exact limits and any post-study work options are set by each country’s immigration authority and do change, so we go through the current rules for your destination during counselling rather than relying on a figure printed on a website.
We go through the refusal reasons with you, correct what can be corrected and advise on reapplying or on a deferral to the next intake. Getting the file right the first time is the whole point of the document and interview preparation we do.
Yes. The profile assessment and the initial counselling session cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to proceed afterwards.
Most students are not sure — that is fine. Start with the free assessment and we will tell you what actually matters for your timeline.
