Guidance built around the student, not the commission.

Edu Bird Study Abroad exists to make one of the most consequential decisions a family makes feel clear, honest and manageable.

Who we are

We take the pressure off a decision worth years of your life.

Most students meet the study-abroad industry at its worst: a crowded seminar, a stack of glossy prospectuses and pressure to pay a deposit before anyone has looked properly at their transcripts.

Edu Bird is built the other way round. We begin with a genuine assessment — your marks, your backlogs if you have them, your English score, your family’s budget and what you actually want to be doing in five years. Only then do we talk about universities.

Because our counsellors stay with a student from that first session through to their first weeks on campus, we are accountable for the advice we give. That single fact shapes everything about how we work.

What we stand for

Four commitments we are happy to be judged on.

Honest shortlists

Ambitious, solid and safe options — with the entry requirements and real total costs for each, so you compare like with like.

One point of contact

The counsellor who assesses your profile is the one who sees your visa through. You never repeat your story to a new desk.

Documentation discipline

Most refusals trace back to paperwork. We treat the file as the thing that wins or loses the application, because it is.

Support after landing

Registration, accommodation, bank accounts and the first difficult month — we stay reachable for all of it.

How we work

Slower at the start. Far smoother after.

Our first session takes longer than most agencies’. That is deliberate — nearly every problem later in the process comes from something skipped at the beginning.

  • One counsellor, start to finish. The person who assesses your profile is the person who sees your visa through. No being handed between desks.
  • Advice before commission. If a country or course is a poor fit for your profile or budget, we will say so — even when it is the easier one to place you in.
  • Documentation done properly. Most rejections come down to paperwork. We are careful with it, because that is where applications are actually won or lost.
  • Support that outlasts the visa. Landing is the halfway point. We stay reachable through registration, accommodation and the first weeks of term.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

The profile assessment is free and there is no obligation to proceed. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture than you arrived with.
